FAQs

Do you charge a planning fee?

Our planning & concierge fees ensure we can dedicate our time and expertise to crafting a personalized, stress-free travel experience for you. This allows us to offer you unbiased recommendations and exceptional service from the first consultation until you return home.

  • Standard Trip Planning: Our fee for planning a comprehensive trip of up to 7 days, including flights, accommodations, and itinerary creation, is $250.

  • Extended or Multi-Destination Trip Planning: For more complex itineraries, such as trips longer than 7 days or those involving multiple destinations, our fee is $500. This fee reflects the additional time and detailed planning required to ensure every element of your extended journey is seamless.

  • Small Group Planning: For celebrations and friend getaways (like bachelorette parties, birthdays, or small groups of friends), our planning fee is $1000. This covers coordination for up to 20 travelers.

  • Destination Wedding & Large Group Planning: Planning a destination wedding or a large group trip requires extensive coordination with multiple vendors and travelers. Our specialized planning fee is $2000.

How do you get paid?
I’m typically paid by the hotel, cruise line, or tour operator after your trip. If a supplier doesn’t pay advisors, I’ll tell you before we proceed.

How do payments work? Is it secure?
You pay the supplier directly via secure links or credit card authorization. I don’t store your full card details. You’ll receive receipts and confirmations in your itinerary app.

Can you work with my budget?
Yes. Tell me your total or per-person target and non-negotiables. I’ll price-check options and flag tradeoffs so you can pick what fits.

Will you price match something I found online?
Send the exact offer and I’ll compare apples to apples. If it’s a legit, public rate, I can usually match the value or explain the difference.

Can you use my points or miles?
I can’t book award tickets inside your loyalty accounts. I’ll advise on timing and plan the rest around your award bookings.

Do you do payment plans?
Many partners allow a deposit with a later final balance. I’ll outline dates and reminders so nothing sneaks up on you.

What about trip protection/insurance?
Highly recommended. I’ll provide options and plain-English coverage summaries so you can choose what makes sense.

What if plans change or flights get messy?
Text or email me. I’ll help with rebooking and vendor calls and keep your itinerary updated.

Do you book Disney and Universal?
Yes. I handle packages, park days, dining strategies, and time-savers so the trip feels fun, not chaotic.

Do you plan U.S. trips too?
Absolutely. Vegas weekends, New Orleans food crawls, national park loops, big-city breaks, and more.

Do you book cruises?
Yes. Ocean and river. I match ship and itinerary to your vibe and watch for promos that add value.

Do you book VRBO or vacation rentals?

I do! Many suppliers now support homes and vacation rentals.

What’s included vs not included?

Included: what we confirm together—rooms or cabins, transfers, tours, tickets as noted.
Not included: resort fees, city taxes, parking, tips, and personal purchases unless specified.

What documents do I need?
Names must match your government ID. Passports for international travel. Some destinations require visas or extra entry forms. I’ll flag what applies to you.

How will I receive my plans?
You’ll get a shareable digital itinerary with regular updates, confirmations, tickets, and chat. It will be your one-stop-shop to download important documents and see all of the details of your trip.

How fast do you reply?
Within one business day for new inquiries.

Are you independent or part of an agency?

I’m an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora. You get me as your point of contact plus access to trusted partners.
