Hey, I'm Johnny, founder of Prism Premier Travel.

I built this agency because I know what it feels like to wonder whether a destination will truly welcome you, not just tolerate you. Travel should be about connection, celebration, and discovery, not second-guessing whether you'll feel comfortable being yourself.

Based in Houston, I specialize in LGBTQ+ vacations, cruises, honeymoons, destination weddings, and cultural journeys. With personal roots in Mexico and Italy and extensive industry partnerships around the world, I design experiences that help travelers feel confident, immersed, and cared for from the moment they leave home until they return.

    At Prism Premier Travel, planning starts with a conversation.

    Before I research a single hotel or experience, I get to know you. What excites you. What you hate. How you like to travel. Whether you want every moment planned or room to wander. This isn't me building a trip and handing it over, it's a collaborative process where your input shapes every decision.

    From there, I use my IGLTA membership and personal expertise to vet every hotel, villa, and local experience for genuine queer affirmation, not just a gay-friendly label. Safety matters deeply here, and so does making sure the trip actually feels like you.

    I also help you make the most of what you already have, including airline miles and credit card rewards, so your trip goes further without feeling like a compromise.
